From Claude Code (.jsonl): Each session is saved as a .jsonl file on your computer under your home folder — ~/.claude/projects/ on Mac/Linux or C:\Users\<you>\.claude\projects\ on Windows. Open the folder named after your project and pick the .jsonl for the session you want. You can also run claude --resume to see your sessions, or drag/paste the file below.
